Her role is not just administrative—it’s ancestral. She leads the movement with boldness, shaped by her own story, her son’s journey to the league, and a relentless desire to turn pain into purpose for other families.

Serve as the primary spokesperson and spiritual anchor of the organization, anchoring all content, programs, and messaging in the foundational belief: It Had 2 Happen™️.
• Partnership & Development
Oversee partnerships with schools, athletic departments, professional mentors, and sponsors—building bridges between the sports world and the real world.
• Program Design & Execution
Develop high-impact programs like MOMS Playbook, Champions of the Game, and Heart Detox Circle that equip, educate, and empower mothers and sons.
• NFL MOM Wisdom
Offer firsthand insight into the emotional, academic, and financial journey from high school to the pros—guiding other mothers with transparency and grace.
• Community & Staff Oversight
Lead a team of coaches, therapists, professionals, and volunteers with excellence—ensuring every voice is aligned with the mission.
• Faith-Based Empowerment
Infuse every offering with prayer, biblical truth, and soul-healing resources, blending practical strategy with spiritual strength.
